Update 7.7.0

Update 7.7.0

Talismans

A true Exile must use every means to survive.

Talismans are a new type of equipment that help strengthen you in addition to your usual weapons and skills.

Simply equip one, and the talisman's power will take effect.

In update 7.7.0, Exiles will gain access to six types of talismans, with more to come in future updates.

  • Gathering talismans — equip one before setting out for resources to increase your haul.
  • Damage talismans — boost the damage you deal. The type of elemental damage boosted depends on the equipped talisman.
  • Double damage talisman — grants a chance to deal twice as much damage. If double damage is triggered by another source, the talisman remains intact.
  • Defense talismans — absorb part of incoming damage, the type of damage (for example, fire damage) depending on the talisman. Every bit of health matters for survival.
  • Evasion talisman — it's best not to get hit at all. This talisman increases your chance to dodge attacks. If you evade for another reason, the talisman won't lose durability.
  • Resurrection talisman — almost like St. Peter's Tincture, but without a time limit and never wasted. Restore the Exile's full health upon taking a lethal blow. If used together with a tincture, the tincture will trigger first while the talisman remains active to protect you afterward.

Like any other equipment, talismans wear down with use and eventually break.

Some lose durability based on the strength of their effects.

  • For instance, defense talismans degrade according to the damage they absorb.

Others depend on how often their effects trigger.

  • For example, the resurrection talisman only wears down when it restores your life.

In this update, talismans can be obtained by participants in the Scarlet Hunt, those willing to trade with the mysterious stranger in the Camp of Scarlet Angels, and the brave Exiles ready to face Sir Rihardt's trials.

All Plagued Day

Lubenia transforms for the most frightening night of the year!

Along with ghost pets and pumpkins everywhere, new encounters await you.

Ravenous Jack

You'll find Ravenous Jack at the Camp of Scarlet Angels.

His head is a pumpkin, but his pockets hold something valuable.

Jack is eager to trade his findings for Bone Powder. Make sure to keep him happy!

Macabre Horse

Some Exiles prefer to look grim and intimidating. The macabre horse will not only be a loyal companion but also complete your fearsome look.

It boasts a terrifying appearance, an increased satiety reserve, and doesn't spend extra satiety when returning home alone.

You can purchase the macabre horse from the wandering merchants. Who knows how they managed to capture it?

New Skills for Ghost Cats

If you're lucky enough to meet and adopt a ghost kitten, it may possess one of several new unique skills:

  • Formidable

When your cat is active, nearby enemies may be frightened when you take damage.

  • Spooky

If an enemy is already frightened, an active cat with this skill gives you a chance to deal increased damage — but only with weapons and nothing else.

  • Unflinching

Even if you're the one who's frightened, your cat can still help. An active pet reduces damage you take while under the fear effect.

Return of the Vilgraw Ruins

Exiles have ventured into this grim place before.

This year, the Vilgraw Ruins have changed—not only in terms of difficulty but in appearance as well. Some dark magic must be at work.

A new enemy awaits you inside — the Skeleton Alchemist. Be careful!

It seems he carries Pumpkin Bombs.

Access to the Ruins requires keys. Weigh your strength before you open the door.

Scarlet Hunt Rebalance

In previous updates, the number of Hunt tasks was increased.

To maintain event balance, we've slightly redistributed the points. Early Hunt levels are now easier to complete, while later ones are more challenging.

Don't worry about Seals and Standards — we've increased the points you receive for using them, so Exiles won't be losing out.

New Items

What's a Scarlet Hunt without new rewards?

This time, Exiles can obtain:

Shield of Prophetic Nightmares — stylish and grim, it frightens nearby enemies when blocking attacks.

Pannier of Grim Shadows — 20 slots, a quick slot, and a chance to inflict fear on an attacking enemy. A handy item indeed!

Resplendent Coffin Chest — survival is important, but comfort is too. New seasonal chests will appear in the in-game store.

The Dock

Has the boat disappeared from the recipe list? Where could it have gone?

Starting from level 30, Exiles will discover two new map locations: the Eastern Lubenia Dock and the Western Lubenia Dock.

Those who have reached level 60 can already visit the Eastern Lubenia Dock and take a look around.

You'll find several port storages and a damaged boat that needs repairs.

Some of its parts can already be gathered by defeating Master Karn. You may also come across useful components in the secret room of the dungeon of the Torturers and in Wagenburg.

The tiller cannot be found yet, but it will appear soon, and the Western Lubenia Dock will no longer be just a point on the map.

Store Changes

Fire Weapon Chest

This time, the store brings only one new item, but it's a useful one for those venturing into the Vilgraw Ruins.

The Fire Weapon Chest guarantees a unique or legendary fire weapon — no unnecessary trinkets.

Available only during the event period.

Other Changes

  • You’ve already had your first encounter with Master Karn! Now we’ve adjusted this boss’s balance based on your feedback and battle statistics.
  • Traditional autumn changes: festive decorations, daily themed treats, and a chance to catch ghost pets.
  • Visual changes to the Woven, Leather, and Composite shields.
